Alice Springs Desert Music Club

In 2012, Walking Story seeded and managed the Alice Springs Desert Music Club (ASDMC) - an incorporated association dedicated to bringing people and communities together through music. 

Along with providing professional development, networking and media opportunities for emerging and working artists, producers, sound engineers and venue managers, the ASMDC ran a variety of successful medium to large scale music events with an average attendance of over 10,000 people annually (in a town of approx 25,000).

Walking Story established the ASDMC's constitution / organisational framework, operational infrastructure and equipment capital; designed and implemented social media / communication platforms (Facebook, Twitter and a Wordpress Website); designed the logo and other branding / merchandise; and provided a clear strategic business plan for the association's future sustainability including membership, corporate sponsorship and enterprise initiatives.
